KEKS KF-01 Flash
As film photographers, KEKS noticed that most flashes on the market were dull, plasticky and impractical. So, they set out to create something different. They teamed up with a passionate group of film enthusiasts and innovative engineering students from the University of Bristol to design their first flash - A compact, film-friendly flash with a beautifully designed aluminum body that combines timeless aesthetics with reliable performance.
Minimalist
The KF-01 combines a sleek, modern aesthetic, the rectangle shape of the KF-01 is inspired by the Contax TLA140, its body is about the same size as a credit card, making it very portable to carry around. The minimalist design also keeps a subtle and unobtrusive look on your camera.
Versatile
Whether you are using analogue or digital camera, the KF-01 always work. In addition to the hot-shoe, the KF-01 also comes with a PC sync port for vintage cameras. The back of the flash features an easy-to-read exposure chart, making it super friendly to film photographers.

With a guide number of 12, the flash delivers an enough light to cater for most photographic scenarios. The quickest recycle time is only 1s, making sure that you won't miss any shots. The flash also offers three power levels, allowing versatile lighting control.

The KF-01 is engineered to be durable and long lasting, protected by an aluminium body. In the event of repairs, many parts can be sourced and replaced easily. To give you a peace of mind, the KF-01 comes with 24 months warranty. The KF-01 is also powered by easy to source 2x AAA batteries which powers approximately 300 flashes before replacement.
